Terms & Conditions
Payment must be made to attend classes with the exception of Free Trials.
Registration fee applies to all new pupils.
Annual membership fee due on 1st Sept for all existing pupils.
4 weeks written notice via email to roynonoffice@gmail.com must be given when withdrawing from a class or cancelling subscription/monthly payment. Block/Term/Subscription Payments are non-refundable even if not attended.
Payments made for displays, competitions, events and camps are non-refundable, unless cancelled by us.
Cancelled classes will be re-scheduled and not refunded unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Emergency contact info and medical info must be kept up to date. First Aid will be administered by qualified First Aider if deemed to be required, only written exemption to this accepted.
A late payment fee of £10 will be added as a covering payment if your subscription fails on 1st and is not paid in full by 7th of the month.
Parents are not permitted to enter the class unless invited by the class teacher.
Hand sanitising before and after class is recommended.
Please do not bring peanut / nut based snacks to class.
